Finally i have the time to enter yet another entry at my blog. how long has it been? two months? haha. well, many things have happened while i was gone, and i will try to keep this area as updated as possible.

well, let's see...

I am still retaining my job as an accounts assistant as Sanmina-SCI systems. Getting more experienced liao, so i am asked to do more stuff now these day. Kelvin and Justin have been helping me all the way, explaining things to me as much as they can, although most of the time, i still do not understand a ord they are speaking.
The rest of the AR dept are more friendly towards me and so i am getting used to the atmosphere here. lols. moved office twice already, now settling down in the new office environment where the whole finance department are together. good in a way that i do not have to keep going down to different levels to look for people. hahas. well another 3 months to go!! i have to work harder!! Justin also just gor his new car, a blue Hyundai Getz, but it's an off-peak car, meaning he has to come to office very early, and leave office very late also. haha.. its also from him, that i started to learn mre about car dealings and stuff. learning how does the COE price bidding works, things such as parallel imports etc.. haha.. at least he knows how to plan his life. Wish him all e best.

I had just performed in a concert, to commemorate the 50th anniversary of Maris Stella High's founding, the Maris Stella Concert Band, Chinese Orchestra, and Drama club, participated in a cultural event at the Esplanade, last tuesday [quite weird for a concert day.. o wells]. It was an ok performance i thought. Played third part to support the weaker main band thirds. Din wanna play first part cos its a school event, not an alumni concert, so alumni should try not to take up bigger roles, just supporting from the back. Next up, I have another concert, a TPJC production, at the end of May or July, details not so sure also. =p so in the meantime, Sujin is the SL mah, so i will be supporting him from the back, so EX-TPJC Trumpet players, please help out and contact me!

Speaking about TPJC Trumpets, i have been trying to organise a trumpee outing til now, but to no avail. But i am not blaming anone, cos everybody is soing different stuff, naturally they have diferent commitments, so for now, it's the girls' exams and i will wait til the exams are oer til i organis the nxt outing, but that will be around June period.. so.. can take a breather. haha.. so headache ah..

I also found that my faith has been weakening. Due to my busy work schedule, i have started to weaken in terms of faith. also due to the fact that i am quite the lazy guy. haha. But, this zadankai, i am entrusted with the important task of Gosho sharing. I must do my best in this as is an important part of Gakkai. Gajokai duty coming up again, haha.. always pick the wrong days for Gajokai, but since i picked it, i must see through it no matter what. lols

Driving is progressing well , ithink, well, at least i think it is.. I just finished module one, and going into module two. What i am afraid is biting point. Others, i am still ok. Well, FTT coming also, must start studying!!

I still cant think f what to buy....

Been 2+ weeks

It has been 2+ weeks since I have started work.
How was it?
ok i guess..
Workload is getting more and more because i am getting used to the system and all..
yup..

Anyways, i just want to wish Jing Zhong all e best in his studies.
Me and a few friends went to send him off at Changi Airport last week.
He flew to Melbourne to study commerce there.
Hopes he does well and brings back a Jap girlfriend home (its his long time wish)
haha.

Cant bear to see him go cos i was friends with him since primary 2 if i can remember correctly. That was as long as my trumpet playing experience. Well, i guess the saying that "friendship runs deep" is true.

Spacing Out

Finally!! my father got internet service up at the shop. Now i can surf the net when i am helping out at my parents' shop.

For so long i have not visited the webby to blog..
As usual i guess.

Anyway, for the past two to three weeks i have been helping my cousin out at his cart. Carts u ask? well, its those small little stalls that you see in shopping malls and such. But my cousin's cart is not situate in a shopping mall. It's situated at Republic Poly, which is at Woodlands. Woodlands leh.. haha.. far la, but i need the income before i find the suitable job. The cart is selling soft toys and plushies, key chains, and other accessories. I wanted to post a picture of it here now, but my phone is not memory-card reliant type. So, i am still trying to find a way to get the photos out of my phone. (my phone has no blue-tooth as well) The pay is quite decent: $40/day + 5% comission. On average, i mae about $300 a day. So, my income is around $50 a day. Not bad actually. But the down side is that i do not have to go down everyday, so its not a stable income. Plus, its not what i want to do in the future. Those who know me should know that i am the quiet type when it comes to interacting with people for the first time. Only when i really get to know them then i become more active in a sense. So sales is not my cup of tea.

Anyway, the money i have earned is pumped into the 'Clement Driving Fund'. Yup i have started to take lessons. But i have not gotten my PDL and have not taken my final theory as well. so, i really need more income. So, i started to find another more suitable job.

Which i have. I have found a job at this company called Sanmina-SCI. Recruit Express told me that its one of the top leading electronic manufacturing companies in the world. I went to have it checked and its true. My role there is a Temp Accounts Assistant. Got to know some of the colleagues there. Although i am not familiar with them. I guess as time goes by, i will get along with them. I am not able to say my pay is here cos it's a matter of principle to the company. I may get fired la. Well, that sums up my work status currently.

Now to the role of being a district leader. I have realised that being a district leader is not as easy as it seems. Looks like i have to to really fortify my buddhist fundamentals in order to really reach out to people. But i am glad to see my members grow in such a short period of time. Daryl and Shao Feng have started to chant daimoku and learn how to do gongyo. I am really happy for them to take the first step. Many meetings have to be conducted with the other three divisions. I hope that the article that my 'upper-study', a.k.a. Ritchie has recommended to be shared in the upcoming zadankai to be approved. So far, he himself, me and Cui Fang have approved the article. But the MD and WD side have yet to approve so i really hope for the best as i feel that it is a really good topic to share with the others. I am also planning to home visit Chee Boon some time soon. Heard that his 'O' levels were not up to what he had expected to get. This will be a great opportunity to reach out to him. Not forgetting Joel and Jonathan as well. And i also have taken up the role of a Gajokai, which i will be doing this coming Sunday. It will be my third time doing Gajokai and i feel alright doing this. Protecting the castles of Kosen-Rufu. Having the idea of protecting the very place where my faith began has reallt spurred me on. I will work hard to become a leader whom all will look up to, just like how i look up to Ritchie. Ganbatte-kudasai!!

Anyway, i am going to review my blog details soon. cos i know lyNn's blog is no longer sucettes.blogspot.com. I may have to change a few things in there as well.
So keep a look-out!!

Many feelings come to me when this year ended..
Indeed I have so many regrets, enough to make me fall in despair.
Feeling so down, that i have not blogged in such a long time.
Indeed it has been a long long time. 1.5 months was it?

There is very little that i can blog about these days.. (Er, not including Xmas Eve, the concert, Xmas itself, New Year) My life has not colour at all. Maybe i am not trying hard enough? Maybe I am to be the bored kind of person? Maybe i am not good enough? Haiz. Nobody frequents this place anyway, might as well pour everthing that i keep bottled up here. So, here i go.

The first that passed was the concert. Indeed it was a success. I felt it was just like a barely passed test. Though the whole band is made up of TPJC Alumni, TPJC Main Band, and Marist people, not very good the results i see. It's just so disappointing. Maybe it's not the concert that made me so down. Maybe there are other reasons. Despite that, i wore on a smile that i will always do and meet up with people that came that day to support us. Edwin, Yee Kiat, Michelle, Suvenna, and many others were there to give TPJC Alumni support. I thank you all for that. Maybe its because the band didnt play to what i had expected it to be. Maybe its because the there wasnt anyone that said 'Well done' to me. Maybe its because i did not mange to sell any tickets and thus my morale hit rock bottom. I did take any pictures but Michelle did. I think she placed pics that have me in to facebook so, take a look there if you want.

My birthday came next. I cant remeber what took place liao. But i remember we were in Orchard doing shopping. Although i know that the guys there are planning something, but its like LL kind of thing. I ask them not to buy cake cos the Xmas season is around, and cake prices have gone up. Just having a simple dinner is good enough for me. LOL, how they twist and turn. We walked in Orchard. Taka, then to Plaza Sing. Played the arcade at Plaza sing. I guess the only thing i look forward to is the Mario Kart Race. I have the card and its keeping me distracted. Any challengers? By then, It was around evening and they brought me to a Jap place at Starhub tower i think (i think its Starhub tower la). Then the cake came. Although i asked them not to buy the cake, but when i saw the cake, i was so happy. Dumbfounded. So, cut cake, eat cake, eat food, then we left. we walked down orchard and then Plaza sing again. Afterwhich we went home. Never received a present, but i was happy. That dinner was good enough for me. Thank you guys.

What next? Xmas Eve and Xmas itself. Xmas Eve, I met up with Kiong Wee, Julian, Kwang Liang, Kenneth, and christopher to have a Steamboat dinner at Marina Bay. Somehow, i was always the one late. So we ate and ate and ate. After that we decicded to go to K-Box to sing. I never sang with other people before, much less sing in K-Box. went to hougang's K-Box, found that the price has jacked up to many many times, so we went to play LAN instead. Til the very next day. Which was X mas. We wished each other Merry Xmas, and then left for home for body maintenance.

Then New Year came. I went for dinner at Sakura at Orchard Plaza. Again i was late. After that we walked and walked and walked, wanting to see the New Year celebration fireworks. We walked to the esplanade, then we went to and fro and to and fro til we finally decided on a spot. We waited and when the time came, we watched the fireworks go by. We shouted Happy New Year!! and some jokers, they had not enought of the fireworks, took out their lighters and made mini fireworks with the sparks they made. A funny sight. Another LAN session followed and we went home afterwards.

If not for these events, i dun even know what to write now.

So what am i doing as of late? i have been finding a job til i enrol into NTU. While looking for job, i have been very active in Marist alumni Band. Cos this year we are taking part in the 2nd NBC (National Band Competition) and another competition that has not finalized yet. Also ,we are preparing for WMC'09 next year. So, lots of work has to be done! Also i have been very active in Soka activities. I wanted to join NDP this year, but i didnt because of my leg condition. Nevertheless, i have taken up an assitant district leaders role and have been supporting Ritchie, my District Leader all the way. Conducting Home Visits, Planning and discussion Meetings. Hope that these will take things off my mind.

I feel so bad cos i never let anyone have the oppurtunity to do that and of all things, this has to happen..

Yep.. I fell down yesterday..
And because i fell down yesterday, my casted leg was in pain..
And beacuse my casted leg is so pain, i had to go to the hospital..
And because i had to go to the hospital, the doctor had to remove my cast to check whether my leg was damaged or not..
And because the cast has been removed, i couldn`t ask anyone to sign on the cast anymore..

I feel so sad.. Why was i so careless yesterday??

Now my cast is no more, i cant let anyone sign on it.. Dammit.. Noone signed on it yet!!

yea.. depending on painkillers..
to hang on to my life..

Anyway, they suddenlt changed type of anaesthesia.. yea. they injected the anaesthesia into my spine.. very pain lo.. cannot tahan liao.. haha..
then i just lay there awake waiting and waiting until it is done.

My hospital stay has been a pleasant one. All the nurses greeted me with smiles everyday.. yea..

now leg in cast and walking on crutches... cant walk properly.. and walking on them is so tiring.. yea..

Well... the medical's over at least..

Picking general over local anasthaetic.. But will have more side effects when i wake up. Effects likw feeling naseous.. giddiness.. headache.. dunno whether will have to stay overnight or not. Doc says depends on the success of the op. If all goes well.. then at night can go liao...

Well.. It will be at Alex. Hosp. in 4 days.. op starts at 2. i will have to fast from 7am onwards. will die lo.. 7 hrs w/o food.. ARGH!!

-> Bleach [now at episode 134 :only burned until eps 72 onli because some of the episode i have is in .wmv format. I wanna go find the .avi format of those first before i burn the next dvd.]

-> Naruto Shippuden [now at episode 021: still not enough to make a dvd so no dvd out yet]

-> Shakugan No Shana [now at episode 16: trying to find the rest from epsode 17 to 24. Again does not make a complete dvd. So no burned ones yet]

Starting soon:
-> Naruto [completed series last til episode 220. Trying to get someone who already has. Or else download would waste time and freaking long]

-> Gundam Seed [completed series has 50 episodes. Same as Naruto, trying to get someone who already has. Or else download would waste time and freaking long]

Going through a rough patch at this point of time..

Never expected there would be one of this happening in my life.
He had such a good future ahead of him and yet it had to end this way..
I remember him telling me after he ORD, he will go into Uni and during his Uni days, he will find a girlfriend and then if possible, settle down and start a family.

He is such a good guy.. Why does it have to be this way?

Enough about this.. He is in heaven now and i believe he wont want us to be sad.

it has a month since i put sth here...

Much has happened but i dunno how to write it all down...

OK. hmmmm

for NS life, my OC has changed. Turns out that LTA Chris Wong has a cancer stage 2 but it is cureable. So CO has given him a long break to undergo treatment and recovery. The new OC is a Lady but her working capabilities is on par with OC. She is LTA Fadilah. A scholar i have heard. And from now til OC recovers to the pink of health, my company will be taking PES (C) batches to relieve his load.

Z is slightly improving. I really hope that he does not give me a hard time for my last 6+ months. Anyway, a lot of the specs that i know are leaving by this year la... Me and harie will only be the ones left in the company by the end of the year. With the exception of OC. CSM is leaving on July, Wei De, Wei Shyan, Zeng all moving soon... Hai. Got a feeling that Viper company will not become what it is now in the future.

Really Stressed out manz...
I am really pissed off with my family. I get so stressed up in camp, i just want to relax and chill out at home. But they just treat me like dirt, like a maid. Asking me to do things cos others are "studying". Why cant they do it? i just dun understand y.

Just becos i ate two packets of instant noodles for breakfast they are condemning me like a leper. Just because i did not lose weight they say that i did not go and excercise and control my diet.

But in actual fact,
i am running EVERYDAY at night after i hard days work.
i am CONTROLLING my food intake.

Somtimes i just wished that they encourage me instead of just condemning me. just a few words of encouragement would mean so much to me...

I sit in one corner and when i think about all these, i just wanna cry but i dun want to let ppl see. Just because you see me cheerful everyday does not mean that i am REALLY happy...

I am blogging on my new com... This ACER com... quite ok i guess, Pops didnt wanna but a very outstanding com cos very soon, i gonna get my own laptop for my uni days, so til then we just need a com to hold out for schoolwork for my siblings. I kinda understand. But was disappointed in the beggining.

P.S. During the alumni practices, i became a mother. It's a very complicated family tree. Trust me. You'll be shocked if you know about it. At the same time being a mum, i am a shit making thing. You wouldnt want to know about that either.

Came back from Tekong today because had this CO bunk inspection. Turns out that CO did not come. Haha... Relief in a sense, but im glad cos we cleaned up the bunk real nice.

Wow.. So fast a month has passed... haha... Another batch of recruits have came and left...
many memories i have had with them. Will miss them loads.

LRI is finally here. Haven checked my company yet. Hope it is presentable to them.

But i cant look back, as another batch of recruits will be coming in next coming week.
Will only see them for five days, maybe even less. Haha. Cos PES(E) ma. One week BMT. lol.

I want to get a present for someone. I have something in mind, but the shop is at VivoCity la. So far, somemore no time to go there and buy. Must really find time to go.

Concert is coming, and we really still play like shit. Dunno how are we gonna survive this. I still cant play my Howl's Moving Castle Solo Well. Havent sold a single ticket to anyone, couldn't get anyone to buy from me. All the ppl i asked either not free or not interested. zzzz.

But when all of you are merrying away, i was in miserable Tekong doing guard duty. BORED.

28th Dec = The day i lost my Sony-Ericsson K618i. I was damn DAMN sad.

Haha, then i had a Soka gathering on the 29th of December. We had a nice time. I was covered in flour because of that stupid flour game. I wanted to take pictures but then my phone went missing the day before. zzz. many games were played. I was one of the game i/cs as well.. haha.. the games me and mei yi thought up were fun.

first one was a sorting game. We mixed up lotsa different types of beans together. Then we asked them to sort the whole pile into their separate bean types in a certain time limit. No dropping of beans iis allowed and you cannot sort the beans on the table. WAHAHAHA... Looking at their tormented faces. They tried to cheat but NOOOO... I was there to watch. MUHAHAHA.

Second Game was the entanglement game. It was that game that everybody stood in a circle, each person grabbing a random hand from the opposite side and try to unentangle the mess they made. Very familiar rite?? lol... JC Orientation got play b4 ma..

Still got lotsa games la.. I will just elaborate on one more game. That game is Win, Lose or Draw. As the game name suggests, [taken from the TV show] , you draw out the question that has been given to you and your team members will try to guess wat you draw. The game is quite ok actually, except that its very funny when you see small kids trying to draw the actual thing but end up looking like i duuno wat.. i should have taken photos of them all.. zz..

Anyway, Countdown was fun. Had to go back to Tekong for a while zzz.. Met Kiong Wee and friends at Marina Bay. Had a great time with lotsa people. I met my alumni band members from my Pri school. They having a great time too. Enjoyed the fireworks. We couldnt call a cab afterwards cos of the traffic an the inavailability of cabs in that area. So, we walked! from marina bay to the Esplanade, to Clarke Quay. Wow, long journey. Initally, we wanted to drink til we drop but we went to play LAN instead. Took cabs to Hougang Plaza and enjoyed our time there. Guang Liang has gotten so much better now. Kiong Wee too.. I noob le.. zzz...

Now, my holidays are coming to an end, the next batch of recruits are enlisting in my company tomorrow, meaning i have to book in tonight. Although i am reluctant, i hav to go back. Somemore LRI coming down soon. Have to tidy up the store. Will be confined with the recruits for two weeks then cn finally come out. zzz..

I was reading quite a lot of past entries lately... It made me realise all the good and bad things that has happened in the past and how people actually thought about me...

Well, i guess ppl dont really show everything when facing one another.
I shan't say anything more regarding this so ppl can stop thinking about wat i have said.
I just wanna to say Thanks and Sorry to those individuals who have made my day and those whom i made sad, angry, or any other feelings that are in the negative sense.

Anyway, it's the lull period in my Company now. But i still have lots of "fatigue work" to do. Haiz. Who call to be the CQ? Some more i was asked to bring all store personnel from School 2 for Monday's rehearsal and Tuesday actual parade. Haiz i dunno whether anyone will come or not. I just hope they will, or else i am dead.

Somemore the trumpet outing was cancelled. I was so looking forward to the event on Friday, so i called LyNn, following which she said was cancelled. I dun mind actually, but i really did felt disappointed. I know everybody has their respective duties or work commitments so i really do not blame all of you. I just longed for this gathering that's all. Shit. Y am i tearing. Damn. I dunno wat has happened to me. In the past, i watched dramas or shows that can really make people cry but i did tear at all. But now, i watched this kind of shows, i actually tear or maybe even cry.

When i went straight home on Friday, i discovered that my PS2 is spoilt. It cant read the discs that were inserted. I haven't got time to bring it for repair yet. Maybe i will be the one doing this. Everybody has no time. Father working from morning to night, Mom working from 3 am to 3pm [i am heartbroken about this... f-ed up work shift... it's because it's in the airport], sis working in Singapore Computer Systems [i nvr really asked what she did in there], and my bro is working as a store guy [i think...] in Mango at VivoCity. The management ther is f-ed up too... They let my bro and his group eat dinner at 3 pm... Can you imagine?? FREAKIN' THREE O' CLOCK?!?! DINNER???

Haiz. It's their way of management. I can't say anything at all.

I hope to complete my paperwork by this week, so i can have nicer weekends all the way till Jan 2007.

This coming tuesday is the 04/06 intake's POP lo!! WOOO!!! Actually, i am starting to hate POP now.. cos when POP is near,that will mean 24km, OC's evening, Recruit's evening and POP itself. 4 big events crammed into only ard a week and half.. The logistics behind every event is humongous [did i spell this correctly?]... esp. 24km and POP itself. Anyway, it's not like we take the same roles eveytime, cos the HQ side made it a point to cycle the responsibilities every time. Hmmm... will i have a relaxed time? probably not... cos i still have quite some paperwork to do.

Haiz. and the 8th and 9th dec is coming!! I am just SO SO SO SO SO SO looking forward to the gathering.. I just hope there wont be any sabo or anything... =p cos on the 22nd... NVM.

Hello all!!

Anybody wondering why i could blog at this point of time?

Hmmm... Tats because ... ... I am at the mainland today!! *BISH!!* [A punch flew at me, sending me to the other end of Singapore...]

Anyway, *crawling back to my com, face all blue black...* the actual fact that i am here is because i had an appointment with Alexandra Hospital today.. Its about my ankle... Remember there was once i sprained my ankle during school in TPJC?? Yep. Thats the one. Seems like my ankle really nvr healed. Anywayz, the doctor took a look at my ankle today and the x ray i took earlier this year. She said to me that the cartilage of the ankle is degenerating or some sort.. She pointed out to me to the X ray that the area around the joint of my ankle is not smooth anymore... meaning rough la... And then she suggested to me to have a MRI scan, much like a CT scan but non-radioactive and the part scanned was my leg la... I agreed... She elaborated further, saying that after the scan, there would be an analysis of the results...

She said:
" *blah blah* ... ... ... If the scan results show that your ankle problem is minor, then we just to do some light surgery on your ankle la... Worse come to worse, i may have to perform joint replacement la.. HAHAHA... But then joint replacement would not be good for you because of your age and weight la... ... ... *blah blah* "

SURGERY... OMG... Does this mean i will have o be hospitalised ??? most probably yes... after an ankle operation, how could one just stand up and walk away ??

Hmmmzz... NVM la... worse come to worse crippled lo.. lol... jkjk..

Ankle aside, life as a CQ in Tekong i must say is not relac and not very siong... Only when the field exercises and special events come along then the going gets tougher a bit. Anyhow, i have completed roughly 11 months of my NS life, 13 more to go... then back to studies...

Suddenly, i just have this feeling that i am getting more and more sick of NS life... Could it be because of the sudden change in lifestyle from Sembawang to Tekong??

Going home would be so much more a hassle now that i have to keep in time with the boat and all...

Anyway, tomorrow, i have a live handgrenade session with ,y company, then , i will be bck in Singapore again!!! Wahahahaha....
Why do i sound so happy? It's because i am looking forward to Saturday!!

The graduation dinner has ended!! It was quite smooth.. My bugle call was ok i guess: one minor minor minor hiccup and other than that, my Pa handling was superb.. I found the right songs, i used them well, and the atmosphere was there..

Hard to explain: My section is in charge of planning my course's dining-in, some sort of a graduation dinner. And i am the sound man (cos they say i play trumpet..) and the photo washer (sounds odd). Sth like that. Other than tat, i just help others with their work.

Anyway, been so busying with field training.. i am having an exercise soon.. dunno whether i can do id.. I hurt my leg a few days back.. i am still limping from the pain but i think i can TAHAN. ~HAR!!~

Hello people...

I am here just to say: I survived the Underslung operation.

The feeling?
I can say exhilarating, fun, excited and very scary.. Imagine the Super Puma heli above you at a height where you can stand up and touch the belly of the chopper.. The wind is simply amazing.. It blew my shirt open.. Wat's left was the top and last button there then the rest of my shirt was open.. In my life, i think this was one time i ran so fast, cos the wind was pushing me forward when i ran away from the heli after hooking up the cargo...

But, the tying up of the cargo (for me it was jerry cans) is so tiring and troublesome. Well, I suppose its for safety reasons.. I have learnt two new knots: The rigger knot and the tension knot. Haha...

Anyway, allowance day is coming. So i will have my private allowance plus the imf meal claim.. haha.. so a bit more the next month.. WAHAHAHAHA..

An underslung operation is an operation where the helicopter comes above you, then you hook up your stores and flies away.. some sort like a take-and-go operation. i have to wear rhis face mask and goggles, in my long four,and SBO. i will look like grass cutter la... anway, i still do not know wat role i am doing now.. but i will be briefed tomolo. hope i static probe cos i not tall enough to rig the cargo to the chopper. anyway hope all goes smoothly enough...

Time passes so quickly..

One time i was looking forward to the IMF event, and now, it's over.
It has been quite a tiring but memorable event for me. The feeling of me in such a big event in Singapore that may never be organised in Singapore again makes me feel very proud as a Singaporean. Although many people really do not bother about the IMF event,there are peopl who actively promote the IMF event, as well as on TV.

Aniwaez, In the past 14 days, i have taken up many different roles during my IMF duties.

Security in Suntec is so tight. You cannot even bring foodstuff inside. And the water must be drunk from water made specially for this event itself. What i do not like is the heavy security on the road. It makes me feel so unnatural. Maybe it's because of the upcoming [past already by now..] September 11 risk.

The first day, the ops room was not ready, so me and kerui went to guard the entrace to the SSICEC (Singapore Suntec International Convention and Exhibition Centre [i think is like tat]) carpark entrance: that is to prevent the entry of civilian cars to prepare for the import of the 800+ BMWs. But then i got this massive tummyache until i went to see the medical centre that was created for this IMF event. I turned out to be their first patient.. lolx.. The irony: The medical centre is actually meant to be catered for delegates but i, a staff of the carpark team, went to see the doctor first. Turned out i got gastric flu. Took some medicine home and went to zzz straight.

On the second day, the real IMF duties start. I was given to sector 3. Me and my team, Kerui and Zaiful [pic]

were given 132 BMW 700 series to manage. This includes:
1) the issuing and returning of keys
2) managing the drivers
3) handling the admin matters of the sector 3
4) security matters
5) handling of the C&P checkers [just need to know where thay are]

Anyway, C&P is a car rental company that has been giving Singapore its support for mant events (or so i've heard) like Asian Aviation Expo and this IMF.
They are in charge of recruiting the chaffeurs and traiing them as well, and the provision of checkers that help check their vehicles when they come back from their detail.

Anyway, i am on the morning shift, which is from 0930 - 2230
And this is the night shift team, which handles sector 3 from 2130 - 1030.
* There is an overlap to ensure all instructions from previous shift have been passed down.

TO summarize, we were always very busy and very messy bcause there would be always be something that we will forget to brief the other team or the paperwork is messed up. Luckily, i have these checkers:

Towards the end of the event, the sector "offices" have to be relocated at the ops room because the number of keys going out have reduced and to keep better track with the movement of vehicles.

Oh, and before i forget, the common rest area. I took this when i finish my shift, so all the student volunteers have went home. YES, you heard me, student volunteers. The common rest area is set-up for all staff that is required to be in the carpark: B1 and B2 carpark mngt team, chaffeurs, student volunteers, as well as C&P personnel

Lockers provided at the common rest area for all staff to put their belongings. Some are spoilt - maeaning some are free!! if not, it's 20 cents.

So they were attached out, leaving me one person to look after sector 3. Three people not enough le, i one person. Sianz.. I typed halfway then fall asleep..

I was at a friends house yesterday.. Jaymond's house to be exact. My other friend Benji is supposed to go to his house but then i follow him, so i ended up staying over too. Benji went over to tweak aymond com so that his com can host Warcraft game. Anyway, Jaymond has quite a lot of games, PS2 ones to be exact. Anyway, at Jay's house, i played DOTA. Got new version le!! OMG. Ver 6.36. got two new heroes. I played PS2 a bit then i actually fell asleep while typing this. [i am kinda overlapping yesterday with today]

SOL period is so fucked-up. One instrutor said this and then another istructor said another set of instrutions. But i thibk because of the IMF period, they are busy so i can forgive them. I feel that in my Syndicate group, including Syndicate 2 is quite lazy at times. so i hope there will be a change the next time.

Also, i wanna recommend this game. This game i feel that [Kerui feels rather and i agree] this game was made for the PSP only. The game is: LocoRoco. LocoRoco is a 2D action game where you control, through gravity, a blob of fluid to eat fruits to grow and become many blobs-in-one. I will explain. First, you start off with a single blob. As you progress along the stage, the blov will eat fruits nd then groe bigger. E.g. Lets say he ate a fruit, so now, he is double size but in actually fact, there are two blobs in a single body.

So much for my car and game, the Singapore 2006 IMF and world bank meeting is about to start. Even the Singapore Binnale has already started. Just think, peple from 184 countries will come to this little red dot on Singapore to have conferences, meetings, lectures etc. The whole of Singapore will be helping in one way or another. For me, i will one of the people who will be coming into contact with 600 odd BMWs [7 series]. Have you ever seen a open space filled with 600 odd of the same model of BMW
in a point of time before? I guess not. It will be my first time seeing that. I will be sure to take that photo down and post it up here. Anyway, the GEMS [Go the Extra Mile for Service] is very important to us 'cos we need it to leave a good impression on Singapore itself. I will surely do my job inthe best and efficient manner that i can!!

Anywa, the IMF event is coming very soon. I even had GEMS training. Wat's GEMS?? ITs Go the Extra Mile for Service. Im sure people have seen this ad on TV. and it makes me proud to be one of the people involved in the IMF event. It will be like a once in a lifetime opportunity. and it will be an honour to do something in return to Singapore for what she has given me. Anyway, i am assigned to be B1. Something which i think will be carpark duties. Wateva the duty that i have, i will do it dutifully. haha.. lolx

I have been very active at Naruto suddenly... i am now at Episode 128 or sth... where Uchiha Sasuke started to fight Uzumaki Naruto, Gaara has helped Rock Lee, Temari with Shikamaru, Kankuro with Kiba and Akamaru.. Both Chouji and Neji have fainted (i read the manga already.. they survived.. lol.. =p) The fights are quite exciting!!

Anyway, i just had another Trumpet outing last Sunday!! to celebrate LyNn's belated birthday.. We went to Swensen's to eat.. Peiru and Cloe bought baked rice, LyNn bought pasta, Sarah bought burger, Vickie bought the MEGA BURGER (it's MEGA la), Mushroom bought fish and chips, and i bought a prawn and fruit salad, with tomato seafood chowder (very filling sia..), SJ, vickie and raudhah bought dessert and then we sang a very very very very very very very veryv= very very very lousy birthday song for LyNn (I am so so so so so so so so so so so so sorry) and then cut the cake which was riddles with holes because of the attempt that cloe and peiru made with trying to form the letter 'M' on the cake using candles... -.-

1st National Band Competion

Today was the 1st and open division of the 1st National Band Competition. Maris Stella took part in the 1st division and guess WAT? we got TOP band!!

The points are 85. something just .3 points away from TKGS!! We were so happy!!

Alrite, first, i was supposed to report to MSHS by 9 but i did not. I reached at 9.30. By that time, everybody was seated there getting ready for tuning. I warmed up, tuned and Mr. Lin went through the two pieces: Invictus and Rainbow Breeze March. After which, we had the traditional MSCB lunch: Chicken rice. Afterwhich, we set off to VCH. We gathered, had our ten minutes of preparation time, and we finished. I went back to MSHS, to return instrument, then back to VCH to see the rest of the performance. There were many powerful bands like TKGS, RGS, ACSIB, Orchid Park, RI, MJC. I saw Dr. Lee conducting ACSIB, and i saw Louis Yeo, my YMD brass band leader.

Anyway, after the announcements of MSHS becoming top band, we went outside to take photos. There was TJC getting ready for the open division. Saw Bao Wen and Terence. Naturally, they got Top too!! GOod 'Ol Lin Sheng.. lolx.

Haiz.. I really pity those who handle signal sets everyday.. 'cos now i know their misery too... Now i am currently halfway through my comms. package.. I am supposed to learn probably all of the signal sets used by the men in SAF, not only that, i must learn the serial number of the different wires needed to be used to connect the different parts together.. A lot of sets of 4 numbers again..

Some of the parts are used in other sets but most of them are only used in the particular signal set only... And somemore Friday is the upcoming practical test.. I dun think i can remember all the parts and how to assemble la... sianz .. SIANZZ..

Anywayz, after this comms package will be the Entreprise System (ES) package. I will learn the computerised accounting procedures, and that will be at the Paya Lebar Air Base!! Finally, i can wake up at a later time!! Everyday i have to wake at 0445 just to reach camp in time.. but now,, i think until 0630 also can.. MUHAHAHAHHA... Too bad it only lasts for a week.. =(

Hey hey!! i just discovered how advanced a SAF 5 tonner can be!! I always thought it was just a truck.. But, it is more advanced in terms of technology!! Hmm... The tonner works by utilizing air, electricity, and of course, oil. Air is used to control the braking of the tonner, intead of hydraulic liquid. Air is stored in these three tanks and will be recycled time and time again.. As, for electricity, there are a few control panels in which you can change the pressure in the tonner's wheels which will be suited for different terrain. And a specialized technician must be present to use a laptop to plug in to the tonner and run a diagnostic to see whether the internal circuitry is in working condition or not!! COOL LA... Also there is this panel where there will be indicators telling you whether the tonner is empty, half-loaded, or fully loaded and whether the tyres are punctered or not.. COOL LO.. lolx

TODAY EVEN MORE COOL!! I learnt all about signal sets and electro-optics.. I got to navigate myself on the top of the carpark and this is not the best part... The baest part is ............................................ (*drum roll*) the electro-optics part!! I got to wear night vision goggles!! can even see Infra Red!! cool lo..lolx

Hey, today is the day my sis turns 14!! Haha.. So, Happie Birthdae!!

Anyway, i am getting a better view of wat i am supposed to do in logistics. I didn't know thet the logistics side is quite complicated actually. SO, here's a salute from me to the people of logistics world-wide!! (*saluting action*) Haha, there is a great news!! You know about the upcaoming International Monetary Fund (IMF) / World Bank Event coming oon September? Seems like i am involved in the event as well!!! Hmmm, my class will be in charge of some of the logistics there as a hands-on practice.

And speaking of the class, learning all of the prosedures is quite a pain. Cos, there is actually a computerized system, but we are not learning it yet. So, we are supposed to learn the manual system first. Everyday passes so boring la... Wake up at 0500, Report by 0730, Lunch at 1200, End lesson at ard 1800, reach home at ard 2000, eat, bathe, surf, TV, sleep at ard 2300 - 2330.. life will be like this for a while... BORED.

Harlow!! It's Day 2 of the official start of my Supply Supervisor course!! HAHA... Everything is ok i think... So far...

Yesterday was Monday, i mean duh.., and my first day that the course started.. Hmmm... I met people whom i never saw on the previous week.. Anyway, let me tell you more about wat i am doin now and where am i currently reporting to.. OK. I am taking the Supply Supervisor Course 02/ 06-07 (the numbers represent the batch)
and i am reporting in Sembawang Camp, specifically STC (Supply & Transport Centre) and i am under the Supplt Training Wing. and STC is under ALTI (Army Logistics Training Institute) and my course will br from 190606 - 231006. 16 weeks of training. Anyway, yesterdy i saw fresh faces, both trainees and instructors alike. Apart from my Wing Sergeant Major (WSM) 2WO Kumar, and Course Sergeant 2SG Alex, i saw faces like my Officer Commanding (OC) CPT Halimi and the covering Course Commander 1WO Somu. Haha, we did not get to go orientation cos it was raining, so we had a longer ice-breaking time. The whole course was divided into 4 groups or wat they call a Syndicate ( not dealing in drugs plz!! =p ) and just like in Eagle Coy, i am in Syndicate 3 and all my syndicate members are from Eagle coy, there are two more from other units...
There are: 3SG Shakir (Class Leader), CPL Rais (Syndicate i/c), Benji, Vijay, Loloq, Apple, David, Ke Rui, Vicknesh and me.
The rules of STC were meted out to us and are asked to abide ny the tules... Othere than that , we had a great time.

Anyway, we started our lessons proper. And it really felt like JC life, only worse... HAha.. We went through 6 lessons today, from 8am - 5pm straight, only occasionally having breaks and lunch, that is how i am going to live for the next four months ba.. Any way , i have to start making notes for wat i have learned today, so, ... ....

STC, supply sup course

Today is my third day in my new unit, STC (Supply and Transport Company -> i think its stands for this.. =p), which is in Sembawang (FAR FAR FAR LA =( ). Anywayz I will be taking this supply supervisor course which will make me a sergeant when i finish the course. Quite excited actually.. Anyway, Our course will start only on the 19th of June as the other people from BMTC had not received the posting yet.. So From Monday until Next monday, we will be reporting to the camp and do nothing or until we were given work to do.

Anyway yesterday, there was a run, which i missed beacause i went to the wrong venue.. lolx. After that, we were dispatched to do stuff. For me, i will be cleaning up the class in which our whole course will be conducted. I also arranged the books that we will be using during the whole course. A total of 13 books, which is equal to 12 modules to be completed in 4 months. MAN, this is worse than JC la.. lolx.
Anyway, i am not supposed to disclose the contents of the books but i will just say the course modules:

2) Material Management Vol.2
3) Supply and Fund Management
4) Case Studies (for trainees)
5) Safety in Logistics

Today is quite slack actually. So in the afternoon, my friends and i played hangman. And this friend of mine, Vicknesh, cocked up on all of his questions.

First of all, the first question he gave, he wrote down the answer instead of the number of blanks la.. lolx

The second question is about Anatomy. This time he gave the blanks, but he wrote the topic as Antomy instead of Anatomy. We all laughed, especially me (until i was on the floor) but this doesn't stop there.. He edited Antomy to Antomee and then to Antopry and then Antopee.. WTH la.. LAUGH AND LAUGH WE DID..

The third time, he got the topic rite: Anatomy, the blanks were there, but the sentence he gave is fucked up:
It is 'Pseudo Ingested Omelette Du Fu Marge'. I mean, it is the anatomy rite, wat does a Pseudo Ingested Omelette Du Fu Marge have to do with the human body?

BTW, Omelette Du Fu Marge is Omelette with cheese. YUM.

Hey Hey Hey!!!

FINALLY i am a PTE!! haha.. the parade was quite grand actually.. lol.. many people i know was at the parade itself: Me, Kiong Wee, Jason and a few others.. Many people came to watch too!! Like Michelle and Woan Rong.. lol.. The feeling of POP is so happy yet sad, how ironical is that? This is true especially for EAGLE recruits. Why? Because EAGLE recruits have been in TEKONG for 6 months. The bond is definitely much stronger than the other companies. Many people cried, me included when we were finally declared PTEs.

Anyway, I also went to KL the next day ( which is on the 8th ) with three of my friends: Jaymond, Ah Boi, and Yi cai. The holiday was fun... we had to meet at golden mile complex at 8 am that day.. to take a bus all the way to KL itself.. The bus journey lasted about 4 - 5 hrs.. So long!! We checked in at The Ancasa Hotel and we rested for a while and then we headed to have lunch at Kenny Rogers and then straight to Chinatown.. The Hotel wasn't very nice.. but it was 5 mins walk away from Chinatown itself, so it was very convenient.. BTW, Kenny Rogers there was fantastic.. for RM 20 you can get a big BIG BIG portion of chicken with three side dishes and a drink and one muffin.. Veri veri CHEAP la.. lol.. Bought lotsa stuff at Chinatown.. I will say wat i bought later.. Dinner was fantastic also.. We had seafood for dinner. There was this big claypot rice and then we ordered vege and 2 packets of seafood which contains: lala, sotong, stingray and i tell you the chilli was super hot... omg.. must take you all go someday.. lol.. The second day we went to KLCC and Time Square and the stuff there was freaking expensive so we just walk walk and drank starbucks. There is a Theme park in Times Square la.. lol... Even a rollercoaster as well... simply amazing. At night, i found out my posting.. I was posted to sembawang camp to undergo a course to become a CQ which is a sgt rank.. lol.. never expected this.. Anyway, on the third day, we went a bit of shopping and then we went back home.. so tired..

Hey hey hey hey...

The long weekend is finally coming to an end...
Haiz the final week is coming... Trench digging, and 24km route march left. Then P.O.P.

Anyway, on Friday, i went out to collect PS2 games from my fren.. Got many new titles! gonna try them soon!! ^_^ I did something stupid: While waiting for my fren, i bought a bit of food: a packet of bee hoon and 3 fishballs. After i paid the money, i forgot t take the fishballs!! i did not realise until 2 hours later. Damn! $1.20 gone juz like that. =(

Saturday got alumni band, so i went back to TPJC. SJ not there yet and the band rom not even open when i reached. anyways, played Noah's Ark tat day. As we played and played more people started streaming in. At first, only me, SJ, The conductor, one saxophonist. Then many others came. LyNn came as well after her test! lol. SJ looks so handsome now without his mushroom cap (ooopz.. sorrie.. =p) After band, had lunch at food court and then played LAN at the Pavilion, Nice games but we lost in the end. Had dinner and then me and SJ accompanied Kiong Wee to sign upo for his broadband Internet service. Then i went home.
To Feline: I haven forgotten wat you said, i will do my best to find place and recruit ppl. Thinking of wat to write down too..

Today, went out to Marine Parade for Lunch to commemorate Mother's Day and my mum's B-day. After that i was back at home, eating cake and now, writing this.

2 more weeks to P.O.P.!!!

This week was quite tough... on Monday, I had my 16km route march. I completed it with some difficulty but i survived.. (DUH..) . Then there was BAC (Basic Assault Course) and BIC (Battle Innoculation Course) on Tuesday and Wednesday respectively. It was like a simulation of wat wartime would be like, only BIC was harder. Anyways, today is BOOK-OUT DAY!! and in the morning, i had IPPT and then we had to go take the coy photo and the platoon photo.. Once they are out, i will post them up =p. I still have the blisters from the monday long walk and it hurts whenever i set my feet on the ground.. =(

When i reached home, (abt 4.30 pm) i watched 3 movies straight: Chicken Run, Pokemon the First movie: Mewtwo strikes back and Pokemon the movie: The Power of One. Yes, a bit childish for me but t was fun watching cartoons and pokemon again.. lol.

Anyways, nth much to say for now, i will update tommorrow...

Many weeks passed.. and now... 4 more weeks to P.O.P.!! YaY!! that feeling is so great!! IMT is over, Range is over, Field Camp is over, Grenade throwing is over, 2km route march is over, 4km route march is over, 6km route march is over, 8km route march is over, 12km route march is over!! Still have: Sit. Test which starts tomolo.. , BIC, BAC, 16km route march and finally 24km graduation route march!! WOOHOO!!

Our P.O.P. date will be on the seventh of June. There will be a week of leave before this P.O.P. .. kinda weird but it's ok. Haiz, most boring is Sit. Test: another 3 day 2 night camp on Tekong Jungles. Haiz, somemore in this kind of weather... die le die le... Haiz, juz hope it passes quickly bah.

I have received letters form NTU and NUS liao, saying my application for EEE (Electrical and Electronic Engineering) and EE (Electrical Enineering) for NTU and NUS respectively has been approved. Now i dunno where to enrol into.. NTU? or NUS? hmmm... I will think it through the week bah..

I have been sick since tuesday... down with a fever of 38.7 degress and it climbed even more before gradually going down... At home, there was nothing to do... So tuesday passed like a pig...

For Wednesday, I went to Marine Parade Polyclinic to ask doctor to refer me to a specialist.. and i had to do an X-Ray of my ankle to be done at my own time, and then later, i went for band (TPJC). Nothing much happened after that. It was a very heavy downpour it was...

OK!! Today!! wat happened on this nice thursday? A LOT OF THINGS. In the morning, I went to Tampines Polyclinic to do the X-Ray, It had to be done twice because the first one was taken badly.. Then i had lunch with my parents, before going to Changi General Hospital, where i saw my specialist. This is my problem: I started having headaches of increasing pain over the course of 4 - 5 years and the doc thinks its severe migraine but he is not ruling out the possibility of a tumour. So i have to go for a CT scan next Thursday, exactly one week from today. I also had two blood tests today!! FUCKING 2!!

Also, two weeks from now, i will have to collect my X-Ray films and bring them to Marine Parade Polyclinic for analysis.

I hope that i will not have a tumour, a dormant one in any case of discovering one.

i shall say no more and end.

BOO!! Its Clement a.k.a. Shrek, back and kicking!! WooHOO!! I am so glad that my computer is finally repaired! Yay.. Yes, the reason behind the unupdated blog is because my computa was sent for repairs..

Lots has and had happened in my platoon during my life in bmtc.. YES, i am still in BMTC in PULAU TEKONG, HAVEN POP yet.. lol... juz 2 more months man.. 2 more months!! I juz finished my second regimental guard duty this week.. Many peculiar things have happened, ask me if you wanna know k? My platoon mate's phone has been confiscated and now drastic measures are being taken to prevent this again.. VERY DRASTIC.. It will be like not bringing your phone at all even if you bring a phone.. lol.. muz be confusin..

I passed my IMT, which is a computerised shooting system which you have to pass to qualify to go to live range. Its something like TIME CRISIS (i'm still trying to beat you FELINE.. I haven't forgotten.. lol) but there is recoil and different situations like day and night firing, snap and deliberate targets etc.. There is BCCT, where we have to learn basic combat skills in case of any mishap that may happen to you... Anyways, the block beside my company, which is FALCON company, is still vacant but since sujin is enlisting soon, i guess he probably end up in FALCON!! I really hope so!! ^_^

Anyways, i noticed that my tag on my blog isn't working.. can any kind soul please check it for me? Or i will have to do a new one... Although i think making a new one would be better..

Clement here... who else... well, many things happened in this week... Both happy and Sad...

First of all was, Recruit's Evening. It an evening where the entire school will be watching a performance. But for us school 1, it was quite badly done cos of the release of the 'A' level results the following day led to lots of cock-ups. The stage was placed somewhere else and then we had to perform at the POP Parade Square. The stage was so fucking small... Anyway, Eagle Company got to perform and platoon 2 was involved in it.. We were doing a skit and song item.. In the skit, i was the curtain man and the aquajog guy. OK, the story of the skit is depicting the enlistment of us Eagle recruits and training life in Tekong and also how we feel when the whole of school 1 except Eagle company is POP-ing. Well the curtain man is like a backstage guy... That scene was about when we got our haircut.. Our actors used paper, tape and plastic bags to make outrageous hairstyles like afro, liberty, rocker, etc... When the barber came along, the curtain man runs in with the curtai n(its a groundsheet actually..) to cover the actors while they are removing the hair and throwing it up for all to see... lol... then the curtain man goes away and the actors will have a shocked feeling... Next the aquajog scene.. Me and three other guys are involved where we had to 'chao geng' while swimming. Of, we had to don our swimming trunks and wear an aquabelt ONLY during this scene. The response was overwhelming... Especially when we did an 'Water Boys the Movie' pose when we came onstage... It was hilarious!! We eventually came up with the top prize!!

Next, 'A' level results.. Nth to say much.. but the principal was disappointed with out batchs' results: deproved a bit...

Well, yesterday, i went to a home in Tampines to do voluntary work. Although it was a meagre 3 hrs, it was worth it to see all the old folks happy.. lol..

I apologise for not updating my blog for such a long time.. cos i have no time to update the past two weeks... now in three days time, the 'A' level results will be released.. im feelin' very nervous... hope i did well enough...

Anyways, the trumpet outings are getting better and better.. why you ask? its because the girls are coming!! but not all of them.. once there was, cloe, lynn. then it was lynn and sandy and today was peiru and lynn. There can be better outings but cos there are work commitments so i understand.. Lynn lost her handphone yesterday but she recovered it...

Lynn was late today, so me, sujin and peiru ate breakfast at macs and then went to toys 'r us to look ard... there was a puppet elmo that i brought along everywhere i went... haha... dotz...

Went to yamaha to look at instruments (where i almost fell down) and i started to look for my mouthpiece, which is DW3C but they only had 1CW, 3E, 5E and one more which i couldn't remember.. anyways we suddenly all went to the toilet to shit... dunno why... the girls went to do sumthing while me and sujin went back to yamaha.. until the girls told me that they were at perlini's silver so me and sj went down to look for them... there was this cd sale going on at the ground floor so i decided to take a look and kill time while waiting for lynn and peiru... Peiru left earlier and then not long after, we left too...

Anyways, im booking in later at 1815.. muz go pack bag liao... see you all again and farewell!!

Hello!! It's been two weeks already since i have updated this blog... i have been very busy lately... i must rush cos i am booking in at 1915 later and the time now is 1815.. one more hour only... Anyway, today there was SUPPOSEDLY a trumpet section gathering at tamp mall... the meeting time was 0900. I was the first to reach at 0910, but i was the earliest. At that point of time, sujin was still waiting for his bus and vickie was still at home... the girls were not contactable at that time... i was guessing this outing will turn out to be a guys only gathering again... and it came true. This is the second time trumpet section outing has become a trumpet section guys only gatering...

Anyway, last week i was very tired cos i had to do my regimental guard duty on our book out day. Funny thing was, although i was assigned to do sentry, i still had abrasions later... haha.. cant talk much now... i will say more next week!!

Adam (Maz's frined) is also in Falcon company... many others as well, from Maris Stella as well!! haha.. but they POP earlier than me.. they 9 week or 15 weel BMT course, i 26 week long BMT course... lol... sian. Haha.. at least i ORD before them... MUHAHAHAHAHAHA..

Ok. I wanna change my skin but i dunno wat to change to.. people (if there are any reading), give me some suggestions? I'll consider all suggestions made.

Anyway.. i hope there will be a gathering soon... hahaha.. cos i lost 10 kg so far.. YES, 10KG. in 5 and a half weeks... hahaz.. from 110 to 100!! (i grew bigger during the A level period) cant wait to hit two digits!! lol

Cos of 'A' levels... However, i have one more paper left... F. math Paper 2... Now i am currently at my cousin's house awaiting tuition... so... i have to go off soon...

The 'A' levels are coming to a close... some have already ended... some still have other papers, like bio, lit, S paper... Nevertheless, Jia You Jia You!!! still got one more week til the end for some...

its sat night... i missed the friday concert... wondered how it went... wondered who sang... wondered who went to watch the concert...

anyways... i have done part of my stats project. its actuall meant for the class to do as a whole... but then now im like doing it alone.. oh wells. at least i wont be selected to present!! hahaz. but we have to present everything on tuesday!! ARGH!! hahaz. i was lucky i quess.. during the balloting, i picked a number 3.. maneing our class will be presenting as the third class.. hahaz.

For stats project I have to do:
1) t-test on average amount students willing to pay for their phones
2) confidence interval for proportiona of students for video-conferencing
3) chi-square contingency table for independence between handphone reliance and age

sounds like its just three math problems.. actually it does look like three math problems... hahaz.. only that you have to formulate the questions as well... that makes me a teacher!!

We had a national day performance today... played Singapore rhapsody... Then went for celebrations.. ppl tried to carry me to the front of the stage.. got train.. then went for civics.. got that book and got two shoe bags..

today is the big day.. harhar.. i woke at 5.30.. did stuff till it was 6+ then i started to call.. one time... two time.. after that i was busy so i reached school and decided to call again when i reach..

i wore my band tee with pants and slippers to school, not plannin to attend assembly.. but i attended anyway.. once i reached school, at ard 6.45, sujin was snoring away and kaixin was there practicing her rhythm for the ensemble.. i called and called and called.. no one picked up.. ppl started coming.. michelle, natasha, yee kiat, kiong wee, eileen, etc... then the band room opened and i practiced on my trumpet before i went for assembly.. i was the only black guy there.. one blak dot in the sea of green.. lol. i neva went to physics lec.

Kiong Wee was havin sectionals for his percussion ensemble. Then KW suddenly called me.. "Clement! play maracas!!" and i was part of the ensemble ever since.. Everything was in a rush.. the arrangement of scores, the loading of instrument and ppl..

I have to say the CO were very inefficient.. yar.. say wanted to end at 3 then dragged til almost 4.. many ppl very angry... had dinner and then changed...

KONZERT started.

Armenian Dances pt. 1... luckily the first three notes came in and did not sound like chickens. harhar. a bit of mistakes here and there...

Highlights from CHESS... i liked this one lots. cos this song made me more warmed up in the sense that it got me prepared for 2nd suite. Sujin's conducting got me confused at the ending.

2nd suite in F... on the whole, its alright... but Dr. lee's face changed as the mvts finished.. from happy to stern.. esp. when Jun Wei missed his part and everybody stunned.. and only a few played the last note, i managed to play a squeak. harhar. Then durin the 4th mvmt, its like the 1st practically stopped playing at one point of time. and i cabt pitch the note and wat was heard was i mispitch.. har har..

~INTERVAL: met my family, met some of my alumni band members, secondary school band members and people from S08: they looking for my bag.. lol~

Alumni: Monoke and Seventh night of July
CO: Three songs with chinese title..
Perc. ensemble: i had to sit with the audience on the first row with Kiong Wee cos i had to walk across the hall, up to the stage, to the percussion section while playing the maracas.. i just had to shake while walking. i started walking very slowly.. Then i saw Kiong Wee signalling to me to walk faster then i started to quicken.. i turned my head and gave them an expression that made them laugh.. and i walked up to them. Then i felt like an idiot.. i din know how to play with them.. harhar.

Jap Graf. 4: ok.. enjoyable..

Gloriosa: i finally did a decent solo.. harhar. weee....

Me and Sujin pre-arranged an encore song, tat is the duet tat we have been practicing during band prac.. its was a well done piece..

We went back to the band room after moving the percussions to the lorry, then the whole bus broke into song and laughter, singing many songs, including the potato song.. hahaz. dun tell u how it goes..

HAPPY BIRTHDAY MAZLINAH!!! hahaz. the strudel is veri nice..

went for supper with Dr. Lee and a few rest until late at night.. reached home at 3 a.m.

Well, this should be in the 25th July post, well...

at twelve midnight, i got out of bed. I couldn't damn sleep. So i left the house, and started to roam ard my estate.. I roamed to Bedok Reservoir... where that scandalous event happened a few months ago.. it started to rain.. i couldn't care less.. i continued roaming and not after long, i found myself at TPJC. hah. If you dun believe, click that small x button you see at the right top corner then. Then i walked and walked and walked.. unknowingly, i stopped right at your house.. 'What am i doin here?' i asked myself. I walked to the bus-stop, that familiar bus-stop, the bus-stop that you can see me from from your window. i looked at the window... i shouted your name.. once, twice, thrice.. no response.. why would you anyway? the rain did a good job hiding the droplets dripping down my face. i looked at the window once more, and then, headed back for home, just in time to call ya wake up...
