It's monday today... it's the sea-carnival heats today, so school dismissed early today.. so tat we could go and prepare for the heats, which is to be held at Kallang. I never brought my class Tee so i had to go back to take it.. Stupid Class rep Clarence.. nvr tell me the day before and i like dumb dumb one... Feline had to go back her home to take her stuff too.. She told me that she had her five stations today and she had a blister in her toes and asked me to bring plaster along. When i reached home, Feline had already showered!! She wanted to meet Michelle and go White Sands before goin to Kallang so i quickly did my stuff, stuffed a whole box of plasters in my bag and went out... hopin tt i could meet her before goin to Kallang. But Feline and Michelle were on the way to the train.. So, i changed destination to go to Eunos MRT to hop into the train where Feline and Michelle took.
Met Kenneth along the way so we went together to Eunos MRT.. We hopped onto the train and saw Feline and Michelle and Jason and his class and other people as well.. We reached Kallang very fast. Almost got run down by a lorry as we 'jay-crossed' the road..
Im takin part in 5 events today. Let's see.. im in guys relay, guys double, handicapped, dragonboat (class and Band). But then i found out from Feline that we need not try out for the CCA category cos we all qualified for it.
The first event: guys double. I walked pretty fast from Kallang MRT to the Heats area cos' my event was startin soon.. Sorry there Feline ^_^. When i was in the boat, i saw Feline's class just reachin the heats area.. My partner, Bushan, jolted me back from the scanning of people and i tried to concentrate.. The 'whistle' or 'horn' went "BBBOOOOORRRHHHH" then we went.. I was sitting in the front and Bushan at the back.. He couldnt steer for nuts.. in the end, we ended up turning here there everywhere. At least we din got last.. We got SECOND.... LAST. lol. Sujin was the last one. haha. =p stupid mushroom. lolx. Our boat almost rammed to the rock pillar. When we got down, i lost balance and fell, and i got cut by the rocks on the leg. one long line and a few shorter lines near my ankle.. looked ard for water to wash and told Feline about the cut.
then came the guys relay.. We were supposed to be grouped into three groups of two, the first group goes, comes back, climbs out, second team enter, goes, comes back, climbs out and third team does the same thing.. Well, everything went well for the first two teams.. i was in the third team.. When the second team came back, well, i could say it was very hectic, i had that competitive feeling.. anxious, to put it that way.. when i tried boarding the boat, the boat capsized once.. we flipped it up but it was so full of water so we turned it ard again to empty more water.. we got in anyway and we went .. the boat was filled with water, we were very anxious.. and we went very fast.. too fast.. until we capsized.. in the middle of river.. lucky i had the life jacket.. i couldnt swim very well.. the boat almost sank to the bottom of the river.. we had to swim ashore and i walked away.. feelin very crossed.. ppl muz be laughin at us.. i was wet to the skin. I walked and saw Feline and her class preparin for dragonboat and she saw me.. asked why i was all wet. I said my boat capsized. and she started laughing.. GLOAT GLOAT.. hahaz.
anyway, dragonboating sucked.. one of my classmates, Damien had a flying test at SYFC (Singapore Youth Flying Club) today and couldnt make it.. Another guy, Gary, hasnt been comin to school lately.. dunno where that bugger went.. We lost two good rowers.. anyway, our boat centre was empty.. i took the second last seat. Anyway, when it started, we were very UN-coordinated.. it continued even when i started to shout the timing.. We came in fourth..
the last thing was handicapped.. the first two people dun row.. one hold on the the boats and the other stands up on the boat while the two at the back row.. Serene was the one standing up and Johnston was the one holding the boats. Me and Bushan are rowing again.. lol. We did quite well this one.. cant remember wat we did..
After that we were released, but Felines class hadnt finish.. i wanted to wait but my class 'SABO-ed' me and carried me to this club where they sprayed water at me until i was wet again.. i had no clothes to wear.. After that i walked ard the stadium.. saw Sazali, Alan, Jun Wei, Kenneth, Kiong Wee. we went to visit Alan's aunt who sells sugar cane at a nearby hawker centre. I ran to Kallang MRT afterthat, but i was a bit lost.. din know Kallang well.. I was supposed to send Feline home.. but then my parents called me to ask me to drop at Eunos.. becos they were waitin for me at Eunos MRT. but i dropped at Bedok. I was very upset at my parents.. i told them before that i wanna go home myself but they still like that.. they even scolded me when i dropped at Bedok cos i passed Eunos already.. Wats more is that when i reached Eunos, they left already and asked me to go home on my own!! I was really angry then..
REALLY ANGRY at my parents for doin that.. im sorry Feline. Mi-En-De.
