im sorry for entering my entries late... but my modem isnt fixed yet.. im usin my cousin com to do everything right now.. so..

Today, i went to Tampines Library to study and to meet up with my i/c. Unfortunately, my phone rang and the head librarian found me and confiscated my phone!! i was cursing under my breath.. lucky he din hear me.. so, i had to take it back when i left the library which i did, and i went off to alumni band.. Jing Zhong is there..

He told me about the conflicts he had at a meetin earlier today.. Played 'Into the Joy Of Spring' by James Swearingen. I just found out that Ms Wee is pregnant! Three-months somemore! Ms Wee, or should i say Mrs Tan (wife of Leonard Tan), is a co-instructor of my pri sch conductor Mr. Quek. Ms Wee was a student of Mr. Quek once and Mr. Quek was a student of Dr. Lee once!! so coincidental!

Today is the first day im showin my hair to the school and Feline. i look freaky in that hairstyle. super short.

Everybody was starin at me today.. most probably of my hairstyle. Laughin too..

Today Feline is gettin her new contacts.. She told me that its grey in colour.. cant wait to see her in that colour. When i finished my lesson, i went straight to TM, hopin that Feline was still there cos i called her many times but she din pick up. I walked ard.. called LyNn, seeing whether Feline is with her or not.. but she is with peiru. So nvm... i roames ard.. until i saw LyNn and Peiru so i went up to them and soon, i found Feline shoppn with Michelle and her friend from PRCSS, Stephanie. The first thing that came to my mind when i saw Feline with her new contacts was: 'MEOW! MEOW!' but soon, she looked unique.. like a foreigner.

They were shoppin ard for clothin. I tagged along as LyNn and Peiru had a Band Committee Meeting startin soon. They tried clothin, and took pictures of each other. Feline had a 'paper mache' look when i first saw her try on clothin.. The second time round was better. it was a brown tube with an orange skirt. Michelle had problems with a dress.

Saw Kenneth walkin ard i called him over.. said he was lookin at Gundam models at the toy section.. While Feline, Stephanie, and Michelle decided to eat at Pizza Hut, Kenneth had to go home and i had to go Boon Lay for my YMD Brass Band prac for the upcomin YCF 2005 and had a prayer meetin later on.. so i left first too.

Feline said she went to shop more and when i called her again, she just reached home.. muz be v tired. Have a rest k?

Came back v late.. v v v v tired. gonna be KO-ed already.

College day is today!! We have to report into the band room by 12.30.. i was supposed to meet Feline at 11.30 today.. but when i was on the way halfway, i suddenly forgot that i never brought my shoes.. so i had to go back to take them.. in the end, i was late by half-an-hour.

WEll, on the way, me and Feline met Hui Juan on the way, and when we alighted, i saw that Winnie the Pooh was also there on the same bus as us! We reached the school, and i had to settle the WASBE concert tix.. vexing.. until i got back the list that i recorded who is gin which, cos' almost the whole section forgot they are goin for which concert, except for Felin, Cloe, Raudhah, Peiru, Mazlinah, Sujin, Me. The rest like dunno.

So most of us goin to 1 (SYO), 4 (USA), 8 (JAP), and 13 (IYO). others go for others as well...

COLLEGE DAY..
we're playin three entertainment songs: Hawaii 5-0, Stand by ME, and El Bimbo. and finally the SYF piece: Gloriosa. I had to stand for El Bimbo's solo. Had to relive the horrers of Gloriosa again. Well, all went so-so only. The fanfare was well played (played by Chong Hui, Feline, Yu Fan - new guy, and the T-bones) After that, we went to KFC for dinner.. Edwin came halfway.. Yu Fan and his sick laugh.. Feline and Cloe left first.. then Peiru.. then me, Yu Fan, Edwin and Sujin left. Then we decided to part ways.. I had to go to Bedok for this prayer meetin called 'Ja-lan-kai' It's held in a Soka member's house. Different from the mass prayer meetin where the zone gets together.. this is just a district meetin..

It's monday today... it's the sea-carnival heats today, so school dismissed early today.. so tat we could go and prepare for the heats, which is to be held at Kallang. I never brought my class Tee so i had to go back to take it.. Stupid Class rep Clarence.. nvr tell me the day before and i like dumb dumb one... Feline had to go back her home to take her stuff too.. She told me that she had her five stations today and she had a blister in her toes and asked me to bring plaster along. When i reached home, Feline had already showered!! She wanted to meet Michelle and go White Sands before goin to Kallang so i quickly did my stuff, stuffed a whole box of plasters in my bag and went out... hopin tt i could meet her before goin to Kallang. But Feline and Michelle were on the way to the train.. So, i changed destination to go to Eunos MRT to hop into the train where Feline and Michelle took.

Met Kenneth along the way so we went together to Eunos MRT.. We hopped onto the train and saw Feline and Michelle and Jason and his class and other people as well.. We reached Kallang very fast. Almost got run down by a lorry as we 'jay-crossed' the road..

Im takin part in 5 events today. Let's see.. im in guys relay, guys double, handicapped, dragonboat (class and Band). But then i found out from Feline that we need not try out for the CCA category cos we all qualified for it.

The first event: guys double. I walked pretty fast from Kallang MRT to the Heats area cos' my event was startin soon.. Sorry there Feline ^_^. When i was in the boat, i saw Feline's class just reachin the heats area.. My partner, Bushan, jolted me back from the scanning of people and i tried to concentrate.. The 'whistle' or 'horn' went "BBBOOOOORRRHHHH" then we went.. I was sitting in the front and Bushan at the back.. He couldnt steer for nuts.. in the end, we ended up turning here there everywhere. At least we din got last.. We got SECOND.... LAST. lol. Sujin was the last one. haha. =p stupid mushroom. lolx. Our boat almost rammed to the rock pillar. When we got down, i lost balance and fell, and i got cut by the rocks on the leg. one long line and a few shorter lines near my ankle.. looked ard for water to wash and told Feline about the cut.

then came the guys relay.. We were supposed to be grouped into three groups of two, the first group goes, comes back, climbs out, second team enter, goes, comes back, climbs out and third team does the same thing.. Well, everything went well for the first two teams.. i was in the third team.. When the second team came back, well, i could say it was very hectic, i had that competitive feeling.. anxious, to put it that way.. when i tried boarding the boat, the boat capsized once.. we flipped it up but it was so full of water so we turned it ard again to empty more water.. we got in anyway and we went .. the boat was filled with water, we were very anxious.. and we went very fast.. too fast.. until we capsized.. in the middle of river.. lucky i had the life jacket.. i couldnt swim very well.. the boat almost sank to the bottom of the river.. we had to swim ashore and i walked away.. feelin very crossed.. ppl muz be laughin at us.. i was wet to the skin. I walked and saw Feline and her class preparin for dragonboat and she saw me.. asked why i was all wet. I said my boat capsized. and she started laughing.. GLOAT GLOAT.. hahaz.

anyway, dragonboating sucked.. one of my classmates, Damien had a flying test at SYFC (Singapore Youth Flying Club) today and couldnt make it.. Another guy, Gary, hasnt been comin to school lately.. dunno where that bugger went.. We lost two good rowers.. anyway, our boat centre was empty.. i took the second last seat. Anyway, when it started, we were very UN-coordinated.. it continued even when i started to shout the timing.. We came in fourth..

the last thing was handicapped.. the first two people dun row.. one hold on the the boats and the other stands up on the boat while the two at the back row.. Serene was the one standing up and Johnston was the one holding the boats. Me and Bushan are rowing again.. lol. We did quite well this one.. cant remember wat we did..

After that we were released, but Felines class hadnt finish.. i wanted to wait but my class 'SABO-ed' me and carried me to this club where they sprayed water at me until i was wet again.. i had no clothes to wear.. After that i walked ard the stadium.. saw Sazali, Alan, Jun Wei, Kenneth, Kiong Wee. we went to visit Alan's aunt who sells sugar cane at a nearby hawker centre. I ran to Kallang MRT afterthat, but i was a bit lost.. din know Kallang well.. I was supposed to send Feline home.. but then my parents called me to ask me to drop at Eunos.. becos they were waitin for me at Eunos MRT. but i dropped at Bedok. I was very upset at my parents.. i told them before that i wanna go home myself but they still like that.. they even scolded me when i dropped at Bedok cos i passed Eunos already.. Wats more is that when i reached Eunos, they left already and asked me to go home on my own!! I was really angry then..

REALLY ANGRY at my parents for doin that.. im sorry Feline. Mi-En-De.

Hey! We got that gold! I feel very happy for the band that we got gold! our hard work has paid off!

Well, we had a practice b4 we left for SCH and i screwed up my solo again... just couldnt pitch properly.. so i was really scared on the bus.. on the real thing, we played. there was this ringing sound everytime we played a pause.. and Dr. lee would smile. WE ARE IN TUNE. When it came to Gloriosa, i was even more scared.. first time i was trembling when gonna play a solo tt time. i played.. there was this tat-tat-tat sound when i played my solo, only to realise that i din empty my water key! I AM SO SCREWED! If the band got a silver, it would be my fault.. ALL MINE. Wefinished playin.. left the We sat there listening to other bands.. SA was really great but their song din make me feel excited at all..

Well, the results were gonna be announced.. sat there seeing Sarah on stage waiting for results.. lol. ACJC got a gold.. was very shocked there.. expected them to get an honours.. NJ was gold with honours.. MJ got gold.. they were so happy that they got gold.. cheering so loudly.. Then TPJC ......... Gold. I was so happy! looked at everybody.. After all that elation, i paused to think.. WE DIN GET THE HONOURS. Kiong Wee cried.. Sujin was upset.. I was upset too.. Was it my solo that pulled the band down? i dunno. I cant bear to think.

Well, tomolo there will be sports day.. go home and zzz..

Heya... heya! my com is finally fixed and i can blog at home again! lol. no more library coms for me... the auntie keep checkin on me... haiz.

Well, i gonna cram every entry that i wanted to write into this one so... GET READY!!
The day b4 Labour day, we had band too. I woke up at 4... scared i couldnt wake up later ma... called some ppl up and agreed to meet to have breakfast at Tamp. BK/ but someone apparently slept in after the morn call... so i had to wait downstairs until *ahem* was ready... i could sleep there know? hahaz. no harm done anyway.

Well, we had two days to go to SCH to have sound test. It was on Labour Day and the day after.
Someone was late today... apparently, tt someone slept in after the mornin call... haiz
Well, the first day we had an awakening from dr. lee. Cos we just sat there watchin the CO play when we are supposed to be tuning and warming up our instruments. And we reached some in tuned parts when we hear that echo... but that wasnt enough. As usual, i screwed my solo up again. Duuno why. Damn

Second day was much better. ACJC band came today, and we had a sorta exchange, them hearing our Gloriosa and us hearing their Symphonic Overture. Mant comments exchanged ive noticed... Me and Jing Zhong saw our junior Ming Hui... she cant remember whu we are... sad.. sad.. well, her sisters all play woodwind instruments and are or were in MBS band b4. Kay Luck or David, who was a fellow band member in Maris Stella and now in AC band said that he couldnt hear any airy sound when i said it was super airy and it din have the support. actually, wat he said was quite true.. not piercing enuff... not hair-raising enuff.. not supporting enuff.. Well, i can say that my confidence to play solos have been left behind at MSHS. i must go back to collect it b4 SYF.

Today, sorta screwed up too... dun wanna talk abt it. It was one of the best times!! Muz work harder!! After wat dr. lee has shown me the proper playin of bar 63, i will try it tomolo!!
